Professor at the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Technical University of Denmark. Work with research in industrial and environmental biotechnology, for valorizing waste and wastewater to high-value products, chemicals fuels and bioenergy. She has been coordinating a large number of projects and she is a holder of an ERC-advanced Grant.
