Registration fees

We will be happy to welcome you all to Athens for CEST2023, meet you in person, and enhance networking and socialising. However, we are aware that some of you may have limited time or avoid traveling and therefore we suggest running the event in hybrid mode.

Types of participation and corresponding rates are as follows:

All Indian delegates are entitled to special registration fees equal to:

• 300 euros for standard physical registration (paper presentation)
• 200 euros for standard virtual registration (paper presentation)
• 150 euros for student physical registration (paper presentation)
• 100 euros for student virtual registration (paper presentation)

All the prices above include 24% VAT. An administrative fee of 15 euros is applied in case of payment through a bank transfer

Registration fees for physical participation include:

·         Full access to CEST2023 in Athens (30 August to 2 September 2023)

·         Full access to CEST2023 Virtual on-demand

·         Conference material and proceedings

·         Access all posters as well as the e-posters

·         Entrance to CEST welcome cocktail party

·         Coffee breaks, lunch breaks

·         Conference dinner

Registration fees for virtual participation include a full virtual conference experience and the opportunity to take part in every aspect of the program including:

• Open access to all presentations, sessions, and side events (round tables, workshops etc). Create your own daily program.
• Full access to CEST2023 Virtual on-demand
• Access all the e-posters.
• Attend recorded and live-streamed sessions and participate in live conversations from all over the world.
• Arrange B2B meetings
• Access the conference abstract e-book and proceedings.

Important notice:

• It is suggested that you register with the early-bird fee to help us plan the conference programme on time and organize sessions to achieve maximum benefit for all. Please be aware that you can switch from physical to hybrid mode, but no refund will be made.
• Each registration is specified for one person and is non-transferable.
• Each participant may present up to two papers with one registration. Additional papers will be charged a fee of 100 € per paper.
• A copy of a valid student card is required to benefit from the student registration fees.
• When choosing the bank transfer payment method, you should be aware that the bank expenses and the administrative fee (15 euros) are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.
