Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be prepared in writing and sent by email to cest@gnest.org. CEST2021 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.
- Cancellations received by June 30, 2021 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%.
- Cancellations received by July 31, 2021 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellations received after July 31, 2021: No refund can be made.
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place or requesting a refund
CEST2021 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by CEST2021 Organizing Committee, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
