Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be prepared in writing and sent by email to CEST2021 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.

  • Cancellations received by June 30, 2021 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%. 
  • Cancellations received by July 31, 2021 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid. 
  • Cancellations received after July 31, 2021: No refund can be made. 

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place or requesting a refund 

CEST2021 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by CEST2021 Organizing Committee, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
