Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be prepared in writing and sent by email to cest@gnest.org. CEST2023 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.

 

  • Cancellations received by 31 May 2023 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%. 
  • Cancellations received by 10 July 2023 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid. 
  • Cancellations received after 10 July 2023: No refund can be made. 

 

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place or requesting a refund 

 

CEST2023 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by CEST2023 Organizing Committee, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. 

 

 

It is suggested that you register with the early-bird fee to help us plan the conference programme on time and organize sessions to achieve maximum benefit for all. Please be aware that you can switch from physical to hybrid mode, but no refund will be made.
