This page provides information on how you can participate and contribute to CEST2025.
The submission of manuscripts is a two-stage process.
- Stage 1. Abstracts (200 to 300 words) should be submitted by 25 January 2025 for all types of presentations (oral, flash, poster). Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts and invited to submit an extended paper (Stage 2). All submissions should be written in English.
- Stage 2. Accepted abstracts should submit a full paper manuscript with a maximum length of 2 pages (including abstract and references) by 30 April 2025. All the manuscripts undergo a review process. Authors will be notified of paper acceptance by the beginning of May 2025.

B. Complete registration - pay registration fees:
To participate in CEST2025 you need to complete the registration process, which includes payment of the fees. Without this step, you cannot participate (your manuscript will not be considered for presentation).
Details on the fees are available at: https://cest.gnest.org/cest2025/registration-fees.
C. Organisation-level participation
CEST2025 provides the participants with the opportunity to organize workshops or project meetings. We encourage you to take an active role in shaping the conference by proposing and organizing your own workshops, project meetings, special sessions or side events. These can provide additional platforms for networking, collaboration, and sharing specialized knowledge. If you are interested in organizing a session, please contact us at cest@gnest.org with your proposal.
D. Invitation letters
You can download an invitation letter from the Conference Submission platform.
After logging in to your account, please click on “My invitation letters” on the left-side menu. Please keep in mind that not all authors are eligible for an invitation letter and being an author of a paper does not make you eligible for receiving an invitation. To make an author eligible for an invitation letter, please assign them as a "Presenting author" or a "Participant" through the edit screen of your paper. If you do not have access to do it because it is under review or accepted, please contact us.
