Cancellation policy
Notice of cancellation must be prepared in writing and sent by email to cest@gnest.org.
CEST2025 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.
Cancellations received by 30 May 2025
Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellations received by 10 July 2025
50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations received after 10 July 2025
No refund can be made.
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place or requesting a refund
CEST2025 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by CEST2025 Organizing Committee, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
It is suggested that you register with the early-bird fee to help us plan the conference programme on time and organize sessions to achieve maximum benefit for all.
