CEST ID: cest2025_00261
Room Panacea | Sat 6 Sep 2025 | 10:00 - 10:05 am
EnaTex is an international research project funded by German Ministry of Education and Recherche within the CLIENT II Program on international partnership. The paper focus on the conduction of energy efficiency on 3 combustion systems based on fossil fuels for generation of steam and thermal-oil heat for textile machines in 2 Indonesian factories. The direct method of flow- and energy balancing was applied to identify the current performance on fuel efficiency and to determine opportunities for improvements. The applied methodology will be presented and findings explained. The research was conducted by IZES gGmbH Saarbruecken/Germany in cooperation with the Politeknik STTT Bandung/Indonesia.
