The subject of the study  lack adequate wastewater treatment faiclity, to treat the wastewater produced from hotels, commercial establishmens, and residencs.\n\n\tThe town\u2019s economic activities rely mostly from the natural environment, through tourism, which contributes a big portion of economy income with an estimated annual revenue of Php4.7 Billion Pesos. It is in this noble project, that the Local Govenrment develop a sustainable management of the natural resources, to ensure public health and environmental protections through the provision of a sustainable nature-based solution centralized sewage treatment plant and septage collection project. \n\n\tThe project also is in compliance of the Philippine Clean Water Act otherwise known as Republic Act 9275, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
