The accurate \nidentification and quantification of analytes and their \nmetabolites associated with daily life facilitate the \nextraction of conclusions regarding trends and the \nprediction of future consumption. \nThe analysis of wastewater necessitates a methodology \nthat is capable of cleaning the sample and preconcentrating \nthe analytes, which are present in low concentrations. A \nhighly promising pretreatment method is DLLME due to \nits combination of rapidity and reduced cost. The objective \nof this study is to reveal the capabilities of DLLME in \nWastewater Epidemiology.   \nAn optimized DLLME method was developed for the \nmonitoring of two significant classes of compounds: \nnamely, psychoactive substances and antibiotics. This \nmethod was developed through the selection of the most \nsuitable conditions and was subsequently validated.
