Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to + 30 210- 6492499. CEST2017 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.
Cancellations received by June 30, 2017 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellations received by July 31, 2017 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations receive after July 31, 2017: NO refund can be made.
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu or requesting a refund
CEST2017 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by the CEST2017, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
